Femma is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or older.
By accessing or using Femma, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access adult content in your jurisdiction.
Age Verification
All users must confirm they are 18 or older before accessing the service. Our age verification process includes:
- An age-gate screen on first visit requiring affirmative confirmation
- Account registration confirmation of age and agreement to our Terms
- Onboarding consent covering age, content acknowledgement, and Terms acceptance
Additional verification may be required in regions where applicable law mandates stricter age verification for adult content platforms.
Prohibited Access by Minors
Femma does not knowingly permit individuals under the age of 18 to access the service. If we discover that a user is a minor, we will immediately:
- Terminate the account
- Delete all personal information and associated data
- Block further access from the same credentials
