How does billing work?
We offer monthly subscriptions billed at the beginning of each billing period. You can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your current billing period. We process payments securely through Stripe.
Can I get a refund?
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within the first 7 days of your subscription. Contact our support team at support@femma.ai with your account details and reason for the refund request.
What languages does Femma support?
Femma supports over 50 languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Portuguese, Italian, and many more. You can change your language preference in your account settings.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel. You'll retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
