If your payment was processed through CCBill, you can manage or cancel your subscription directly through the CCBill Support Center using your email, credit card, or subscription ID.

What is Femma?
Femma is a private, voice-first AI companion platform for adults aged 18 or older. You speak with AI companions through real-time voice and text conversations. All companions are AI-generated and fictional — Femma does not connect you with real humans, and does not depict real people.
Is my data private and secure?
Yes. Conversations are processed in real time over encrypted connections. We only retain the minimum information needed to operate the Service, do not sell your data, and never share it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture, including your access and deletion rights. Privacy.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card details.
Can I get a refund?
All purchases are final. Refunds are only considered in limited cases (duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorised transactions). Requests must be submitted within 7 days. Email support@femma.ai with your account details — see our Billing & Refund Policy for the full process.
What languages does Femma support?
Femma supports 20+ spoken languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Portuguese, Italian and Arabic. You can change your language preference in your account settings.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time from Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel. If you were billed through CCBill, you can also cancel via the CCBill Support Center using your email, card number, or subscription ID. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
How do I report prohibited content or misuse?
