Billing & Refund Policy

1. Pricing & Billing

Femma offers subscription plans billed on a monthly basis. All prices are displayed in US dollars at the time of checkout and are subject to change with notice.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise Femma to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Statement Descriptor: Charges will appear on your card statement as FEMMA AI. If you see this on your statement and do not recognise it, please contact us at support@femma.ai before initiating a chargeback.

Payment Processors: Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors such as CCBill. Femma does not store your full credit card details on our servers.

Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your location.

2. Free Trial

Femma may offer a one-time free trial that includes 15 minutes of voice call access. The free trial is available once per user and cannot be reused.

The free trial does not require a payment method. No charge is made until you choose to upgrade to a paid subscription.

Upgrading: If you choose to upgrade after your trial, your subscription will begin immediately and your first billing cycle will start on the date of purchase. Subsequent billing cycles renew monthly on the same date.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time using either of the following methods:

Option A — In-App Cancellation

Go to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Option B — CCBill Support Center

If your subscription was processed through CCBill, you can manage or cancel it directly via the CCBill Support Center using your email address, credit card number, or subscription ID.

Option C — Email Support

Email us at support@femma.ai and we will process your cancellation within 1 business day.

Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access to premium features until the end of the current paid billing period.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases on Femma are final.

Due to the nature of digital services and immediate access to the platform, Femma does not provide refunds or credits for subscription charges or used services.

Refunds will only be considered in the following limited situations:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Billing errors
  • Unauthorised transactions verified after investigation

Refunds may also be issued where required by applicable law.

Deadline: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

To submit a refund request, email support@femma.ai with your account email, date of charge, last 4 digits of your card, and a brief description of the issue.

5. Billing Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have any questions about a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most billing questions can be resolved quickly.
