Femma provides an AI-powered companion service that enables users to engage in voice and text conversations with artificial intelligence characters. The Service includes:

• Real-time AI voice conversations
• Personalized AI companion interactions
• Multi-language support
• Customizable companion preferences

AI Disclaimer: All interactions on the Service are with artificial intelligence systems. AI companions are not real people. Responses are generated by machine learning models and should not be considered as professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

Pricing: Certain features of the Service require payment. All prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change. We will provide notice of any price changes before they take effect.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically.

Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin, and you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then.

Our Content: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Femma and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Conversation Privacy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Conversations are processed in real-time and are not stored or logged by default. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for complete details on how we handle your data.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

AI Limitations: AI responses are generated by machine learning models and may occasionally produce inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected content. We continuously work to improve our systems but cannot guarantee perfect accuracy or appropriateness of all AI-generated content.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FEMMA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Femma and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and associated data
• Any provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
